Theme Licensing & Usage
All of our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0.
Since Dessky is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site. You may also try lite theme version before purchasing.
We may consider a refund for the Dessky Themes or Plugins, provided that all the following criteria have been met:
- You have purchased Dessky Themes or Plugins in the last fourteen (14) days
- You have attempted to resolve the issue with our support staff through the support portal
- Our support staff has determined that Dessky Themes or Plugins cannot be installed in your environment
- No refunds will be issued more than fourteen (14) days after purchase of Dessky Themes.
Please realize, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do run into an issue, we will do whatever we can to resolve the problem.
Refunds cannot be issued if the product works, but does not “fit your needs”. Determining whether the product is appropriate for your purposes, is the responsibility of the purchaser. In addition, every of our commercial themes has it’s FREE lite version and we strongly suggest that you first download and test if lite theme works on your environment before purchasing premium theme version. If you have any questions about whether a product will work for your needs, please contact us ahead of time.

Refund Policy for the Fixed Price Services and Monthly Maintenance Services
Due to the nature of our work, refunds would not be allowed if the task or project has already been started.
Each time a new version of WordPress is released, we check our themes for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if this is required. Also we update our themes any time we discover a bug or when a new feature has been added to the theme. All updates and new versions are free of charge for existing customers even after support expires.
In order to keep valuable information organized and to provide a better service to our customers, please note that support is only offered on our Support Platform. This is the only place where you submit support requests – not Creative Market, WP Eden or any other marketplace.
Please note that when purchasing one of our products, you are purchasing a theme and not a web design or development service to help you customize your theme.
With the purchase of a Single Theme or a Plugin you get full access to our Customer Support Forum sections for the period of One Year. Technical Support is provided on our Customer Support Forum, and you should not expect it via e-mail, comments, Twitter or any other means. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a theme package to receive support.
Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not the customization of any themes or plugins.
All of our premium Themes and Plugins come with the One Year Support. For example, if you purchase one of our products on January 1, 2016, then the support warranty will expire on January 1, 2017. No further support requests will be entertained beyond the one-year support warranty.
Theme Support can only be used for one website installation. This means that for using Theme Support on multiple sites you’ll have to purchase additional One Year Support for each website.
We offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.
Support is also offered to customers that purchased one of our themes via the marketplaces we sell on. When submitting a Help Desk ticket, you will be required to verify your purchase by submitting a valid Order ID and username from the marketplace. This information is needed to verify your eligibility to receive support.
Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central European Time. We will respond to you within 24 hours during our business hours. The Help Desk is closed on weekends and holidays.
Abusive Behavior Policy
At Dessky, we always treat our customers with the utmost respect. In return, we expect the same from you. We do not tolerate abuse from customers in any form. Rude, abusive, or aggressive behavior includes written abuse of a personal or general nature, threats or blackmail, and offensive language.
If we feel that you are consistently addressing us in a demeaning or rude manner, support will be permanently suspended, and you may be asked to take your business elsewhere. In the event that we terminate support due to abusive behavior, you will be reported to the marketplace immediately.

Our credit card payment method is highly secure as we do not keep any information related to the payment in our hands. The whole credit card transaction is processed by 2CO, a well known and secure credit card processing agent.

Dessky may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the TOS, by email, regular mail or postings on the Service.
Your registration obligations
In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Dessky has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Dessky has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
Modifications to service
Dessky reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Dessky shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service for any reason.
You agree that Dessky may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately terminate your account, deny access to any and all associated Content entered by you or related parties, and deny access to the Service for reasons that include, but are not limited to: (a) breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions); (d) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof); (e) unexpected technical or security issues or problems; (f) extended periods of inactivity; (g) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or (h) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT DESSKY, AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SUCH LOSSES ARE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE OR DESSKY HAS ACTUAL NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
